This Course is for you if:
- you're looking to return to group classes after having a baby
- you're currently seeing a women’s health physio
- you’d like to rebuild your body’s strength, or it’s been way too long since you moved your body
- you are craving me time and want to find more energy in your day
In our previous courses both online and face to face, we have had ladies post-bub, working with Physios, post abdominal surgeries, Mums who have 20 something kids, Mums who have Teens, ladies who just want to start something for them - if this is you - then this is the fresh start you are looking for!
- firstly, we will work on strengthening from the inside out - pelvic floor, abdominals, breathing and posture. We will incorporate a visit to our Women’s Health Physio (if required).
- secondly, we will work on functional movement patterns. Movement patterns that you do day in day out that get you functioning at your optimum and you start feeling strong again!
- thirdly, we will take it up a level to add more resistance, intensity and a sprinkling of heart-health cardio gradually, gently, all in your own time.
Even working within a group you get to work at your level and all levels will be shown within our session.
