PT Pack MumSafe 3 pack Starter

 

Getting started and returning to exericise is hardwork especially once becoming a Mum.

Perhaps you'd rather start with us in a 1-1 environment to learn the lingo, activations for pelvic floor/Transverse Abdominis/ check on any old injuries/ aches and pains before starting!

We have created this quick 3 starter pack for personal training sessions.

Our first session is our Movement Assessment whereby we see how your body moves now

Then we will educate you around Pelvic Floor/TA/ activations of muscles and breathwork - this is paramount even if you haven't had a baby.

Then our actionable steps forward, suggested fitness program and things we suggest you do outside our sessions will form the basis of the wrap up sessions.

Sessions are 45 minutes.

Prebooked dates of 3 sessions.  

Payment in Full to reserve time.

Terms and Conditions:

PT Starter pack is valid for 4 weeks.  The 3 weeks will start say on a Friday and repeat for the next 2 Fridays.

If less than 6 hours notice is given before your appointment time that you are unable to make your sessions. Your session will be void.

As our timetable is full, no makeups will be allowed if beyond the 4 week period.
