Designed to build muscle, improve health markers and help you start feeling amazing again! Groups you with like-minded ladies who are supportive, inclusive and ready to train.
This is a group fitness class for women who want to move their bodies for their self care, increase their fitness, take some time out, meet other Community members and have fun whilst getting fit.
A mix of Tabata/HITT, Strength and Conditioning. These sessions include resistance weight training and cardio circuits. All equipment is provided in the class. All abilities and fitness levels welcome
