Reset & Rebuild Mums & Bubs

10 Week Program


Body Reset Fitness’ signature Mums and Bubs Program by a MumSafe™️Trainer.

Our 10 week Program school term based program is the perfect program to get you started back into fitness after bub, a few years after children, or wherever you are on your motherhood journey,

Our sessions run on Tuesdays & Thursdays 9.30am at a local outdoor park in Baulkham Hills.

Our Program is perfect for all new Mums, Mums with toddlers, Mums with kids in childcare or partime working Mums who are:

  • Looking to return to group classes after having a baby
  • Currently seeing a women’s health physio
  • Like to rebuild your body’s strength, or it’s been way too long since you moved your body
  • Craving me time and want to find more energy in their day
  • We will work on strengthening from the inside out - pelvic floor, abdominals, breathing and posture. We will incorporate a visit to our Women’s Health Physio (if required additional cost).
  • We will work on functional movement patterns. Movement patterns that you do day in day out that get you functioning at your optimum and you start feeling strong again!
  • We will take it up a level to add more resistance, intensity and a sprinkling of heart-health cardio gradually, gently, all in your own time.

Small Group Training and Semi-Private Training


Choice of Small Group Training with 4 members (30 minute sessions) or Semi-Private Personal Training with 3 members (45 minute sessions).

Designed to build muscle, improve health markers and help you start feeling amazing again! Groups you with like-minded ladies who are supportive, inclusive and ready to train.

Located at our home studio in Winston Hills
Sessions available Monday to Friday morning and afternoon/evening

Large Group Outdoor Training


This is an outdoor group fitness class for women who want to move their bodies for their self care, increase their fitness, take some time out, meet other Community members and have fun whilst getting fit.

A mix of Tabata/HITT, Strength and Conditioning. These sessions include resistance weight training and cardio circuits. All equipment is provided in the class. All abilities and fitness levels welcome

Wednesdays 6.15 pm (45 minutes) and Saturday 8 am (1 hour).

Personal Training


45 minute 1-1 session with your Trainer.

Personal Training services with programs specifically written for your fitness and health goals. You may be getting back into fitness or would like some guidance on how to start.

Our aim is to provide you with the tools to make you strong, fit and feel amazing to do all you do in a day.

Minimum 10 week block committment.
