1. Early morning, rise & shine? A quiet house and early start sound dreamy... But not if your little ones are early risers or you had a sleepless night.
2. Lunch break or nap time? A quick session while the kids nap or during your break sounds ideal... Until the nap’s over in 20 mins or your lunch is interrupted.
3. Evenings or after work? When your partner steps in or the house winds down. But what about dinner, bedtime routines, or late meetings?
